Hotel Planet - Rome

The location was ideal, just minutes from the station, making it easy to explore. I appreciated the new bathroom upgrades and the friendly staff, who made me feel welcome during my stay.

Adequate and clean room with satellite television, climate control and tea/coffee making equipment for a great stay. Location not far from a shop and all the attractions.

we stay in king room quite often, it is fine and adequate. the location is great and excellent, we could see street.

Location stands out, just a short walk from the train station. The room was clean and offered a comfortable bed, ideal for rest after a day of sightseeing. The absence of air conditioning caused discomfort, especially considering our asthma conditions. Breakfast was also disappointing, as it consisted of a croissant and juice from a nearby shop, not what was expected.

I loved how close it was to the central station and I always felt greeted by the friendly hotel staff, made my stay feel very cute.

There was a problem with the price. I was charged more than the price on Booked.net but when I drew this to the atention of the receptionist I was given the difference back.

Generally clean units with plugs right next to the bed as well as the shower, and amiable staff. Particularly good location in Rome, very close to Termini train station, local attractions and buses, and all the trams: D

Beds were very hard.

This hotel is on the 5th floor, only one lift in this building which can fit just 4 people and there was ten in our group. The bedrooms were basic but not very clean, cigarette burns in the bed sheets, smell of sewage in one of the rooms! I would not class this place as a hotel more of a hostel with a private tiny shower room. We paid for continentall breakfast which consisted of just a danish and small platic cup of orange juice in a cafe bar across the road, which was a tiny cafe with no seats! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, this was the worst place I have ever stayed in! I would hope Booked.net takes this hotel off their site as it was not worth the €110 a night!!!

About the breakfast, I can not eated because the breakfast start from 8-10 am

Breakfast was served in a nearby bar and included a choice of croissant or bun. Tea was served in dirty glasses. The bathroom was very tiny and badly air-conditioned. The shower was so small as if for a child only. There is no option of paying by credit cards in a hotel - we had to pay by cash.

Loved how close it was to the central station, and my room felt spacious and comfy! The staff were super friendly too.

What is given at internet pictorial presentation does not match the reality or at least one is on the spot given something rather bad comparing to the price .

The staff were friendly, and the room was adequate and clean with plugs right next to the bed and the shower, for example. The location was great, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Museo Nazionale Romano. I had a great time at this hotel and would stay here again.

This place suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. The staff once guided me on local delivery, nice. Their friendly approach makes me keep coming back for my trips!
